Coach Matt started distance running in 2015 to live a more active and healthier lifestyle. Since then he has completed over 300 races ranging from the 60m sprint all the way up to the 50k ultra. He is a current member of the Dolphin South End Runners Club (DSE) and Bob Anderson's Ujena Fit Club. Coach Matt hopes to guide, teach, and motivate brand new / beginner runners to embrace and appreciate the gift of endurance training.
